The residents of Villa Avanti are invited to join their neighbors at the Community Garage Sale on Saturday, April 23 from 7AM-1PM.
WHY?
Garage sales take work. Agree? One of the hardest things about garage sales is getting the word out and getting buyers to show up, so you can actually sell your unwanted stuff. Right? We live and work in this community and want to help our neighbors put on a great community garage sale so we can attract as many buyers as possible! If you give us your name and address, we will be advertising this event all over social media on the days leading up to the BIG DAY and putting banners and signs along the main roads on the BIG DAY as well, so you can focus on cleaning up and clearing out. As a BIG "thank you" for joining in, we will be bringing around FREE Starbucks coffee and donuts for you to enjoy the morning of!
